On January 10th, SEIU-USWW held a candidate forum with all of the Democratic candidates for Governor who had declared at the time. It served as an opportunity for USWW members to get the information we need to make an endorsement and for the candidates for speak about issues that are important to working people in California.
Our COPE Committee and our Executive Board have reviewed the forum and are making their recommendation to President Huerta, who will take our recommendation to SEIU California where we will participate in the endorsement process with the other SEIU Locals in California.
