OUR MISSION
The Mission of SEIU United Service Workers West is to lead the way to a more just and humane society; building power for all service workers by developing member leadership and activism, winning strong contracts, organizing unorganized service workers, building political and community power, and engaging in direct action that demonstrates our strength and determination to win.

From across California, more than 25,000 janitors united in USWW are leading the effort for good jobs including wages you can raise a family on, access to quality health care and respect on the job.
SECURITY
USWW is part of SEIU, the nation’s largest security officers union with 50,000 private security officers united together.
AIRPORT
Passenger service workers, security officers, sky caps, baggage handlers, cabin cleaners, janitors, ramp and ground crew are uniting for good jobs at California’s airports with affordable healthcare and family supporting pay.
